If you would like advice on this process, please contact our confidential SUPPORT SERVICE toll free on 1800 272 831 during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday AEST (Please note hours vary on public holidays.)

We will then conduct a risk assessment to determine how we can help you assist the child in danger.

It is imperative that you act quickly to reduce the risk of harm to the child.

Remember that we will always do what is in the best interests of the child.
