Ways you can help

leave a bequest to bravehearts

Leave a lasting legacy by leaving a bequest in your will to Bravehearts. Your legacy will help us to provide vital counselling, education and advocacy services to children in need.

If you have already made a will, you can make a simple addition to your existing will (codicil) – an easy way to include Bravehearts without having to rewrite your Will.

A codicil is an instruction or amendment to your existing will. It is a legal document and must be signed and witnessed by two people.

If you haven’t made a Will yet, there are several ways to leave a bequest including a residuary of your estate, or leaving a share of your estate by specifying a percentage or even a pecuniary tribute (choosing a gift to a specified amount).

If you’d like to discuss leaving a contribution in your Will, then please contact our Fundraising Coordinator, James Carson on 07-5552 3000.
