Health & Safety Self-Assessment Tool

bravehearts’ health & safety self-assessment tool

Thank you for taking the time to participate in Bravehearts’ Health and Safety Self-Assessment.  This assessment should only take 5-8 minutes to complete and is an important first step to a better understanding of your organisation’s child protection risk profile.

Many organisations interact with children (minors under the age of 18) in many ways, from serving them as customers to hiring them as employees and now more often, engaging with them in an online environment.

Organisations may have different arms or departments that interact with children in varying ways. We recommend that you complete the assessment for the one that interacts with children the most, or to complete individual assessments for each arm or department. This will ensure you get a more accurate result.

Upon completing the assessment, you will receive a snap-shot of your organisation’s child protection risk profile.  This assessment is based on typical factors that affect the level of child protection risk.  Using this snap-shot, our team will be able to work with you to determine specific areas that require further attention and specifically address how Bravehearts can assist you through our child safe organisation initiatives.
