Ditto's Keep Safe Adventure Guides and Resources

Aligned with the Australian Curriculum, Bravehearts’ Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure Guides and resources have been developed to engage, explore, evaluate, and extend learners in personal safety education, covering topics such as body ownership, consent, anatomically correct names for body parts, recognising and responding to unsafe feelings and warning signs, identifying and reporting to a safety team of trusted adults, and eSafety.

Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure Guides and accompanying resources are included as part of Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure Show (either the live or digital version) and can be accessed by schools and early learning centres upon booking. Ditto's Keep Safe Adventure Book Series

Featuring Ditto’s friends, Frankie, Watson, Belle, Sam and Georgia, this five-book series explores vital personal safety topics across the five titles – feelings, warning signs, body parts, eSafety and trust.

Written and illustrated by members of Bravehearts’ education and training team, and developed in consultation with child protection experts and stakeholders, this book series is aimed at children aged 3 to 8 but can be read to children from birth.

Ditto's Keep Safe Adventure Activity Booklet

Designed to introduce children to personal safety, the A5 booklet features guided activities around topics such as body ownership, consent, body parts, eSafety, recognising and responding to safe and unsafe feelings, and how to identify a safety team of trusted adults. Bravehearts recommends that parents/carers download and read our free Personal Safety Parent Guide before guiding children through these activities.

• SCHOOL YEARS = Children aged 5 to 8
