NOTICE: Change of Auditor, 23 July 2026
Bravehearts Foundation Ltd welcomes Stannards Audit Pty Ltd, who have consented and been appointed as the new Company’s auditor in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3. The appointment follows Connect National Audit Pty Ltd.’s (CNA) strategic alliance with Stannards Audit. The alliance led to a change in company structure of Connect National Audit, and a new ASIC-authorized audit company was formed.
ASIC consented to the resignation of Connect National Audit as the Company’s auditor, and, in accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 appointed Stannards Audit Pty Ltd to fill the vacancy on 23 July 2026, and a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Stannards Audit Pty Ltd as the Company’s auditor.
